It's getting to be that time of year again when people from all over begin to flood the valley to enjoy our beautiful golf courses and the amazing weather.
One of the great active adult communities that we have here is PebbleCreek, a Robson community located in Goodyear, Arizona.
There are a lot of reasons why this community is so great for someone looking for either a home to retire in or a second home to escape to in the winter.

In this case, people are not having to settle with third party lenders or foreclosing because they are upside down in the mortgage.
This, in turn, is making it so the current homeowners aren't as desperate to sell.
There were 31 homes sold in PebbleCreek over the past three months with the average home price hovering right around $264,484.
Comparing that to the surrounding areas in Goodyear where the average home price over the past three months is right around $146,353, I would have to say that PebbleCreek is holding its value pretty well.
