The further Federal Ban on all herbal incense products has unleashed a flood of inquiries similar to "Tom, what legal bud product is still ok to buy?"
To ensure precision, I paid two of my lawyers to present their thoughts. Because the Federal Ban in opposition to synthetics is a new Law, there is no case law we can use to offer legal guidance. So to err on the side of caution and safety, it is recommended that no persons try out these new laws! It can cost you everything you own as well as your life.
