While you have been getting the sponge rubber ready, you should be getting the blade ready to go as well. Otherwise you'll have to wait another 10 minutes while the glue dries on the blade.
We are essentially going to repeat the same steps all over again, but this time using the blade instead of the sponge rubber.

So to begin with, put a small amount of glue on the blade in a zig-zag pattern. You'll probably need a tiny bit less than the amount you used on the sponge rubber, since the glue won't soak into the blade at all.
