How to Make a Light Box for Media
- 1). Use the scissors to cut the flaps off the top of the box.
- 2). Draw a square about one inch in from the side on three sides of the box, and use the utility knife to cut out these squares.
- 3). Flip the box so the completely open side is facing out towards you. Cut the white poster board so that it covers the back and bottom walls of the inside of the box.
- 4). Place the poster board inside of the box and push it down so it creases against the corner between the back and bottom walls.
- 5). Cover the top and side holes with the tracing paper and secure the paper with tape.
- 6). Place the work lights on either side of the box and proceed to place objects into the box to be photographed.
