A lot of people who need to get rid of stomach fat think that there is one best exercise to lose belly fat.
That is a BIG misconception.
Let`s face the truth - exercises that focus on ab muscles WILL NOT get you a flat stomach.
There is no one miracle exercise, pill or diet that would focus ONLY on reducing stomach fat.
To get rid of your big stomach and reduce the fat on it, you have to make some changes to your lifestyle, your eating habits, and your workout habits as well.
Do you know that most people going to the gym are NEVER able to get rid of their bellies? They are just not decreasing their overall body fat, that`s the main reason for it.
And this is because body fat is VERY HARD to get rid of.
Especially stomach fat.
So the only way to reduce your stomach is to focus on reducing your overall body fat level.
How to do that, you ask? The easy answer is to consume more energy, or calories, than you get daily - and I believe you have heard this thousands of times.
Most people NEVER workout, So if you just do something, you`re better than most of the population.
But do not worry - to see results, you don`t have to do KILLER exercises.
The best thing you can do is choose short, but intense exercises and do them 4-5 times a week.
And that is called circuit workout - a short and super fast one.
Just try them yourself and you will be surprised at how well they work.
Some examples? Jump for a minute, run up the stairs for one more, do crunches FAST for another minute.
No rest between the exercises.
Do them in repetitions of 4-5 times, until you get a 5 minute FAST workout.
These short intense workouts burn 2-3 times more fat than just regular cardio workouts.
