How to Make a Fire Starter Log From Newspaper
- 1). Gather several days worth of newspapers or one Sunday newspaper. Remove all the slick ads from the Sunday paper.
- 2). Roll them up and tie each end tightly with string. You can also use two washed out tuna cans with both the top and bottom cut out. Just slide them over each end of the newspaper.
- 3). Wet the newspaper log thoroughly and let it dry completely. Set it out in the sun to dry for several days.
- 4). Use the newspaper fire starter log for the fireplace, fire pit or even a campfire. Depending on the thickness of your fire starter log, it will burn for quite a while.
