How to Sell CARFAX Reports
- 1). Read over the CarFax Affiliate Agreement (see Resources). The agreement spells out your rights as an affiliate, your commission percentage and payment threshold, branding guidelines, acceptable promotional methods and limitations and other legally binding information.
- 2). Complete the CarFax Affiliate Application online (see Resources). Enter the URL of your website, your first and last name, contact information, company information and payment address. You also will need to select a password, verify you are at least 18 years old and have familiarized yourself with the affiliate agreement.
- 3). Click the "Submit Application" button. CarFax will then review your application. Applications can take up to a week to approve or deny. If approved, you will receive an email with directions about how to place your CarFax affiliate link on your website.
