Every one of us has cancer cells in our body.
If we choose the right foods, we can avoid from this disease.
Cancer cell thrives on a high-sugar and acidic environment.
Hence, you should stay away from these foods.
Firstly, try to avoid foods with high sugar contain.
Sugar will speeds up the growth of cancer cell.
Stay away from sweetened food or drinks such as jams and jellies and carbonated drinks.
Both lemon flavor drink and green tea are excellent to combat cancer.
Besides this, avoid having foods that change to sugar rapidly in human bodies such as sweetened cereal, white potatoes, sugar-filled products and white rice.
Instead of having all these food, it is better to take brown rice, whole grain bread, sweet potatoes, oats, and etc.

In order to have healthy food, try to use canola oil or olive oil to cook and avoid using margarine, butter or hydrogenated fats.
Besides this, you may take more fish, chicken, grains and vegetables in your meal.

On top of that, you may take low-fat or non-fat milk, cheese and yogurt for their vitamin D and calcium instead of dairy products with high-fat.
In addition, you may take foods that contain high antioxidants to avoid cancer cell from growing rapidly.
Blueberries are among the best to fight against cancer disease.
Besides blueberries, citrus fruits like oranges, limes, lemons, grapefruits, papaya, pink guava and watermelon are very high in antioxidants and Vitamin C too.
Besides citrus fruits, cruciferous vegetables such as cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and Brussels sprouts also contain Quercetin and vitamin C as well.
You may include Legumes or beans in your meal, such as peas, pintos, black-eye peas, lentils, kidney beans and limas.
This may help you to fight against cancer disease.
Lastly, you are advised to make your meal colorful with yellow, red, orange and green vegetables and consume lots of anticancer foods to avoid from cancer disease.
Meanwhile, maintain a balance diet is important too and regular exercise is necessary as well.
