  Fantasyland Hotel features a wide variety of luxury, themed rooms; it's located inside the West Edmonton Mall in Alberta, Canada. The mall is the largest one in North America, with 5.2 million square feet, as well as more than 800 stores and numerous attractions. Dining, shopping and recreational activities abound just beyond the hotel's lobby.
  
  

World Waterpark

• World Waterpark is adjacent to Fantasyland Hotel; it covers five acres. It features tropical weather with a wave pool, water slides, play pools and hot tubs. Some water slides have height restrictions and are reserved for strong swimmers. The park also boasts a permanent bungee tower and Center of Gravity Trampolines. Changing rooms and private cabanas are available, as well as tube rentals and concessions. The Waterpark is open Monday through Saturday, with extended hours on Friday and Saturday.
  
  

Galaxyland Amusement Park

• Galaxyland Amusement Park encompasses four stories with rides, attractions and food. The park offers something for everyone, with thrill rides such as the Space Shot tower ride and Mindbender, a triple loop coaster. Its Galaxy Kids Playpark offers kids' rides, such as the carousel and Kiddie Convoy. Other features include rock climbing at Rock 'N Wall, 3D TurboRide Theatre, and the Fun House and Haunted Castle.
  
  

Ed's Rec Room

• Ed's Rec Room features billiards and 28 auto-scoring tenpin lanes. Cosmic Bowling is offered with the lights out and glow-in-the-dark bowling. Arcade games are also available for kids of all ages. Located inside Ed's Rec Room, the 300 Club Lounge is a bar with flat-screen televisions and leather sofas. Light fare and a full menu are offered. Ed's Rec Room is not far from the hotel. It is located on the same level, yet on the opposite side of the mall.
  
  

Empire Ballroom

• Just for the adults, the Empire Ballroom is an Egyptian-themed nightclub that includes four levels and six bars, with a capacity of 1,300. It features Canada's largest video wall; throughout the evening guests can dance, while the technicians fill the room with bubbles, confetti, balloons or snow. The ballroom is located next to Galaxyland. For those with mobility problems, mall guest services offers wheelchair and scooter rentals.
