People sometimes tell us about the standard of calories. They said if your body contain more than 2,000 calories daily which means you are fat, it is dangerous. But if you ask me, more than 2,000 calories in your body is fine and nothing to worry about.
Sometimes you push yourself too much when you are doing your diet plans. But you should not do that. Whenever you are hungry then eat. You do not need to push yourself. Many experts told us to live with less than 2,000 calories. For those people who called themselves "experts", it is healthy. For me, it is silly. With only 2,000 calories, you are skinny, never eat what you liked, and live in your silly imagination. Maybe you often imagine people will look at you whenever you pass them. This is not right. Even if you have 3,000 calories, you will be fine.
Maybe you are not rich but I am certain you are not poor. You have a computer and internet and you are reading my article right now! So do not bother yourself with numbers, especially "2,000 calories". You have works and activities. 2,000 calories will not help you with your activities.
