Your feet are important to you but cracked heels make it uncomfortable to walk. Cracked heels is a foot condition that effects women and men with feet. You feet are very active and so, to help reduce your occurrence of cracked heels you'll want to care for your feet. A good way to take care of your feet and reduce the risk of cracked heels is to make sure they are hydrated. Drink water and put lotion on your feet to prevent cracked heels.
