There are many homes out there.
Ranging from older styles to new modern styles in subdivisions.
Each have their own characteristics.
Certain people also have there own flavors for certain homes.
Of course in the age we live in now all homes are modernized.
there are still certain homes out there and certain individuals that look for these types of homes.
These homes are historical and from earlier ages.
For example Victorian style homes.
These homes of course had to have a lot of work done to them.
Certain people love to tackle this project.
Of course the project is huge and comes with expensive purchases to fix.
I personally have experience with this as my family has already restored one Victorian home locally where I live and currently is in the process of restoring another.
The first home that we restored we of course lived in so the project was always on going.
At the time the home was fine and livable however it did need some work.
For example the exterior needed work and some of the rooms and basement and attic, as well as the barn in the back.
Restoring these homes can be tricky as you do not want to break the original resource that you have.
Mostly you have to clean and resurface, even sometimes if something is already broken you would need to do some shopping online or antique store.

The exterior on the other hand is fully restored to original style to make sure it does not lose its look and feel.
The work can be very tough like mentioned.
But with a dedicated individual it can be done.
These homes are usually found in downtown area's in particular towns with history.
