I find it quite sad to see so many people entering the Online Marketing Opportunity business out of desperation, focussed on earning an immediate income to support their necessary living expenses and simply work daily with no strategy or plan in place.
They find a product that works and just send traffic to their Affiliated Company in return for the agreed commissions.
Whenever I become an affiliate to any company, I never simply send traffic to their links.
I always send them to an email subscribe link of my own, which thereafter automatically sends them to the Affiliate link.
This way, I get to capture each and every lead I send and have an opportunity to constantly and continually grow my list, which in the long-term, will make me repeated profits from any other product I may market.
This sometimes becomes a challenge when you use the company banners which have complicated html codes that is not easy for the average person to manipulate.
However, if you look carefully at the html code, you will usually find your affiliate link code within it and usually this is within hyphens.
Simply cut out that part of the code within the hyphens and replace with your own email marketing lead generation link code, which you would have normally used to direct traffic to your email subscribe page.
This way you will find that the banner will send the leads to your email subscribe page.
It costs you time, money and a lot of sacrifice to get any single lead.
Don't just send it to another company for a profit for today.
Capture the lead, and grow your list and begin a list engagement strategy that can develop a relationship between you and your list.
I found that one of the easiest ways to develop a relationship, is to blog about something you personally are passionate about and keeping the content original as well as beneficial and relevant to your niche.
You will certainly get many subscribers dropping out of your list.
This is OK because you are losing the subscribers who do not share your passion.
The ones that stay on your list are the ones that share your passion.
Over time, you will have a list of people who all have some form of identity with your personality type and of course relationships take time to establish.
Once established, you will start to see better results in anything you offer to them.
If you are passionate about your work, and you constantly increase your knowledge as well as utilise integrity in your business, you will soon start to grow a well established list unique to you and the profits will result from your relationship of trust that you have with your list.
The most important factor to keep in mind, in any business, is Your Integrity.
If you do not have this in your business dealings, you will find it difficult to stay in business.
If you have an established trust through your integrity, you may lose some money in the short-term but will enjoy a growing passive income in the long-term.
So don't just work hard to make others rich without also focussing on a strategy to build on your long-term business goals.
I have found many Online Marketers who struggled for years but always constantly grew and engaged with their lists.
They eventually had such big lists that they easily made money on a daily basis.
I initially thought a list of 10 000 subscribers was very impressive, until I saw one of my colleagues with a list of 1,6 Million.
Even if only 1 in 10 000 members bought a product each day, he will make at least 160 sales each day.
This type of comparison would work easily with a big-ticket item.
If he arbitrarily made $1000 per sale.
He would make $160 000 per day! So keeping focus of the long-term benefits of your Online Business are absolutely worth the effort.
Keep your strategy in focus from the beginning.
Start with small goals.
Build a list of 100.
Then go for 500.
then 1000 then 10 000.
You will eventually build your list on auto pilot.
Give it a few years.
Your struggles are sure to decrease.
