Real Estate Agents - Are You Dying of Mediocrity?

103 4
I know what you're going through...
First you work one prospecting system here, then another there.
Maybe you get a little success, but it feels like a lot of work for very little return.
You're making $30K, $40K or maybe even a bit more.
But you're not getting as rich as you thought you would from your real estate business.
Perhaps it's stressful.
Maybe it's embarrassing.
Maybe not.
Maybe your income is fine, but you want to work half-as-much time to get what you're getting...
and you want consistency.
So you try something else...
You make up your mind to farm more, and you do it for a while.
Then when it doesn't pay off, you wonder if you're doing it wrong.
Perhaps you see an ad for a prospecting system that promises to generate clients without even having to talk to them! When you do get a client, maybe you congratulate yourself with some time off from prospecting.
Then when you discover your pipeline is empty, you start prospecting again.
Maybe something different this time.
How to Rise Above Mediocrity If you're stuck in real estate mediocrity - not doing too badly, not doing great - and you just want it to be easier, I've got a solution.
It's not a quick fix...
but it is a long-term, permanent fix.
It's learning to SELL well.
Now you're thinking: "Ugh! Not that! I'd rather stick needles in my eyes! There's got to be a way to sell real estate without having to sell!" Nope.
There's not.
Look, you know how to prospect.
The thing that makes a prospecting system work is your ability to convert a lead to an appointment and the appointment to a client.
But if pressing through resistance, handling concerns, and asking for business isn't your strong suit, then you'll feel uncomfortable and you'll start to avoid prospecting.
If that's you, you may be trying to sell using old traditional methods.
Instead, I recommend looking into consultative selling.
True consultative selling is a way of eliminating resistance supportively, allowing you to create a respectful conversation with a prospect that leads to a peaceful close.
