By following these tips, you could lose fat and build physical fitness that will last a life time.
You will live a happier, more energetic life with the body you have always wanted.
*Build more muscle to burn fat faster, even while resting.
Muscle burns fat at a much faster rate than other body tissue.
In fact, for every pound of muscle you add to your body,you will burn from thirty to fifty calories more per day even while resting.
Add ten, fifteen or twenty pounds of muscle and you will significantly increase your calories your body requires to maintain your weight.
My friend Craig lost a lot of weight on a fad diet where he ate less than 1000 calories.
At first he lost a lot of weight.
Then although he did not increase his food intake, his weight loss stopped.
Although he initially lost a lot of weight, most of it was muscle.
Craig started a weight training program where he added about 15 lbs of muscle to his body.
He began to notice his clothes started to fit differently.
He also noticed that he was eating more and yet he was still losing weight.
