Let"s Talk About Desks

I've already got my heart set on an office chair, but when it comes to desks, I'm rather torn.
A few months back, I skulked around G-Mall, not expecting to be moved by their different showrooms.
But then, oh my! I spotted a lovely and wonderfully contoured office desk furniture that just seemed to call out to me.
It included some office desk accessories.
I want to take get, purchase it, and take it home with me.
But oops! Wallet-check...
damn! I went home frustrated.
From then on I became obsessed with different types of desks.
I don't know if that's a good thing, but anyway, I started to love desks! Usually when I go to the mall, I spend so much of my time on the clothes, apparels, accessories, and gadgets department.
But a very quick transition and shifting of my interests happened.
I immediately go the 4th floor of the mall and go to the most interesting showroom of all! I don't care if I'm the only one who thinks about desks the way I do.
But, honestly speaking, yeah, I'm so into desks now! I started studying all about desks.
I started searching in the internet about all information I could get regarding this new obsession of mine, be it from its history, usage, features, everything! Here are the things I have discovered and known about desks: A desk is a furniture form and a class of table often used in a work or office setting for reading or writing on.
There are also computer desks where you can work on with your computer.
Home office desks often have one or more drawers to store office supplies and papers.
Unlike a regular table, usually only one side of a desk is suitable to sit on (though there are some exceptions, such as a partners desk).
Not all desks have the form of a table.
For instance, an Armoire desk is a desk built within a large wardrobe-like cabinet, and a portable desk is light enough to be placed on a person's lap.
Since many people lean on a desk while using it, a desk must be sturdy.
I don't know but I really want to see those amazing desks in the furniture store I last went to.
It was a line of hand-crafted fine furnishings with showrooms and includes everything from light fixtures to coffee tables.
But what I really want to share with you are the desks, which are some of the most beautifully appointed hand crafted pieces in the world.
Made with woods such as Sycamore, Maple, Cedar and Walnut, they have gun metal or silver-plated fittings, hardware and details, Italian leather and glass accents.
The craftsmanship is impeccable and the designs are simultaneously classic and modern.
In a word, they are breathtaking.
A magnificent work of art! Oh well, so much for that.
I have a lot of desk-related things in mind right now and I'm afraid I might get drown by my fascination on it.
If I've got enough money I would really rush to that furniture store and buy desks for my home!
