Anklets are a nice body embellishment for teenagers who enjoy wearing sandals. This beaded hemp anklet is easy to make and budget friendly.

You’ll need:
  • Three strands of hemp cord; 12-inches each
  • 8 – 10 E-beads
  • Heavy duty tape

  1. Knot the three cords together using an overhand-knot about 3-inches down from the ends. Tape down the knot to a table with heavy duty tape.
  2. Begin braiding. After about the forth braid, starting adding beads as shown.
  3. Continue until you are four braids away from finishing. Finish the braiding without the beads.
  4. Knot the end with an overhand knot.
  5. Attach by tying the ends together around the ankle with a square knot.
