How to Download New Songs to Rockband 2 Wii
- 1). Buy Wii Points. From the Wii main menu, select "Wii Shop Channel" by pressing the "A" button on your Wii remote. The terms and conditions page will appear if this is your first time visiting the Wii Shop Channel. Read through the document, and agree to the terms by selecting "Okay." You will enter the Wii Shop Channel home screen.
- 2). Click the "Start Shopping" button, then select "Add Wii Points."
- 3). Choose how many points you want to buy and select either Visa or Mastercard as your method of payment.
- 4). Enter your credit card information. Click "OK" when you are finished. Then, input your billing information (without punctuation) and press "Okay." A confirmation screen will appear. Click "Yes" if everything is correct to complete the sale.
- 5). Load your "Rock Band 2" game disc into the Wii if you haven't already. Select the game's button from the Wii menu. The game will load.
- 6). Click "Music Store" in the "Rock Band 2" main menu by pressing the green "Select" button on your instrument. Search for a new song to download. If you are using a "Rock Band" guitar, strum up and down to cycle through songs. Alternatively, use the directional pad on the drum set and Wii remote to navigate.
- 7). Select the song by pressing the green "Select" button on your instrument or the "A" button on your Wii remote. Confirm your purchase in the prompt. The song will download. Find your song in the game's set list.
