Abner Motel

• The Abner Motel, the only hotel right in Stanton, has a variety of rooms. All have refrigerators, some of the rooms have microwaves and full kitchens may also be provided for cooking and dining necessities. • Close by in Slade, Kentucky is Lil Abner's Motel. It is owned by the same owners of Abner's in Stanton. It offers similar accomodations including a pool, Internet and cable and each room has a refrigerator and microwave. It's close to the Kentucky Reptile Zoo and the Meadow Golf Course. Miguel's Pizza is a short distance away, offering entrees under $10. Rose's restaurant is also within a few minutes of the hotel and provides American cuisine.
  
  

Red River Inn

• The Red River Inn is in Slade, Kentucky and is adjacent to the Natural Bridge State Park. It is an authentic log cabin structure with single and double rooms available. The Inn has a game room equipped with card tables and a pool table. Some of the close by attractions include a swinging bridge that leads to the Lakeside Trial. Picnic and fishing are popular activities along with hiking and a 22 minute sky lift that takes you through the park. • The Hemlock Lodge is located within the Natural Bridge State Resort Park and has 35 rooms all with private balconies. The lodge offers Internet service and has a restaurant and a gift shop. The Sandstone Arches restaurant offers a variety of American cuisine including steaks and seafood as well as traditional Kentucky dishes like fried catfish and fried green tomatoes. There are hiking trails within walking distance of the lodge and wild life tours are available.
