Warm market is something that should be taken care of properly.
Since these people are already looking for a property, they are most likely getting more information about investing.
In these cases, it would be better if you are going to provide them with all the information that you can.
Keep in mind that they are looking for more information, and the one who can give it to them will get better chances.
When it comes to your hot market, you don't have to do a lot of things to them.
The only thing that you need to do is to make sure that they are aware of the things that you can do for them, and how your service can be beneficial for them when investing.
