The 4 Steps How to Lose Belly Fat
One of the common questions I hear from women is how to lose belly fat before the summer arrives.
Even though it is known that men more than women tend to gain weight faster around their midsection, and women tend to gain weight more around their hips.
However, that is not the case in our present time where you can see both men and women with excess weight around the hips and midsection alike.
Why women are not gaining weight around the hips only, and not the midsection area, I honestly don't know, And I have not found any scientific studies or any research which provides an explanation.
But maybe because there are a certain number of fat cells that are filled up, and the body is dealing with the excess fat by distributing it to other parts of the body.
There are many issues about which we don't have a full understanding of yet.
But from what I know, and there are different ways about how to effectively lose belly fat, and these methods have been implemented with effective results.
So, without further ado, let me talk about these methods to trim the fat from around your midsection...
Method One - Increase Workout Volume If you are working out for 20 or 30 minutes for some time and have not seen results yet, then probably it is time to increase your time another 10 to 15 minutes for a few weeks, and observe any changes in losing belly fat Method Two - Use Multi-Joint Exercises Using more than one-joint exercise, like, push-ups, then triceps push-down, or body weight squats, then the leg extension.
Method Three - Clean Up Your Diet Eat primarily whole foods and avoid processed foods, sodas, and other high-fructose and sugary drinks.
Method Four - Excess Calories Intake Are you eating more calories than your body can burn? Then you need to eat less.
If you are, then your next step is to estimate your maintenance caloric intake, and you can either follow that number or go below your maintenance caloric intake 10%, or slightly more.
