Equality Endangered in Indian Academics - A Big Loss to a Nation

The equality has been a basic ground of all world famous revolutions for availing equal respect, equal rights, equal opportunities, and equal share in "public funded organizations", infrastructure to "grow in career or profession" to maximum heights as per "capacity excellence".
All basic infrastructural frameworks Universities, technological institutes, democratic institutions are constructed with public money with mission that the general public would enjoy and get opportunity to make "best use of infrastructure" for their "career and excellence" as per their shares contributed to public funds to build and create basic infrastructural set up as an asset to nation.
Such infrastructural frameworks were created to take care where each section and individual can get chance to contribute and "grow to fullest capability".
The people who can "safeguard the motto of spirit" of such infrastructural set ups were picked up in a holiest spirit to give equal opportunity for offering "contribution to nation and society".
The heads or in-charges of such institutions were very carefully chosen so that there must not be any kind of violation of "equal rights of a common man" or general public.
Whenever, there have been violations, the kind of anguish was emerged out of public opinion which took a turn of revolutions to demand their "equal opportunities" in public funded institutions.
The all world famous revolutions had taken place only due to violations of principle of equality which is an injustice with the general public.
For example, The American Revolution, in year 1775-1783, against English Empire, resulted in the grounding of USA as a free nation.
The French Revolution, 1789-1799, against aristocracy and the Catholic clergy, led an end of a feudal Europe.
The Greek Revolution against the Ottoman Empire, 1821-1829, to free Hellas from the Turkish occupation, resulted in the reestablishment of the ancient nation of the Hellenes, and, eventually, the fall of the Ottoman Empire.
When a mass felt a true violation of equal rights, many revolutions have been take place like Russian Revolution of 1917 against Czar and many other revolutions in the world under the centuries.
Though initially who raised a voice to protect human rights, have been the victims, and different kinds of tortures were made on them.
Truly, the revolutionists were called Patriots, Rebels, and Freedom fighters etc.
Their final goal was to achieve independence from violators who were either foreigner or a cruel administration and live in a better world without any human right violation.
However the first revolution ever on the Earth is was under the miss-crediting name The Tower of Babel, in 3463-3453 BCE.
Its reference is quoted in the Christian Bible, in Genesis, chapter 11:1-9.
The initiators were neither patriots nor freedom fighters but only rebels against the Lord.
The few revolutions were based on Sectarians movements even the anguish was again the equality.
Thus, the basis of above text reveals the consequences of the violation of equal opportunities.
In general, common man tolerates and waits for equal opportunities but when authority does not bother and isn't able to give equal opportunities and even go for favoritism attitude, then anguish comes out.
It takes form of "mass movements and then revolutions".
There is a surprising situation that even in high level Indian institutions, the favoritism is being made and no equal opportunities are being given to all deserving people.
Few non-deserving people grab the positions by "political maneuvering" or "hook and crook" and not able deliver se per expectation of the Govt.
Such people have been proven defunct.
Sometimes not only defunct but also negative catalyst to the institutions.
For example, in past, many Vice Chancellors and Directors have been involved in malpractices and were either suspended or terminated.
In such situation many "talented people are sufferer" and not able to get suitable platform so that they can do their work comfortably and "contribute successfully to the nation" and a society as whole.
Even Prime Minister of India, "expressed concerned over irregularities in recruitments" of faculties even at local level.
The vice chancellors are not able to "pick up the best" but go to "pick and choose".
It is "shame on them" as they are "eroding the national prestige and honor" by preferring favoritism and choosing pseudo best.
The Ministry of Human Resources and Development, Govt.
of India, Nation Knowledge Commission, Talent Search Boards etc must initiate measure to rectify and ensure equality to all not to privilege people.
I do not know when Indian Govt would initiate measures to safeguard the rights and equality to rural based student and people who are 75% and backbone of the nation.
They from the first day only, start struggle, against all odds and also face discrimination at each and every step whomsoever they approach even in a normal procedure.
For example, many deserving people who have come up from purely rural background by sacrificing their comforts and their life, have been kicked out of opportunities to reach to place where they could expressed their talent to create new "Intellectual Property Right"-IPR or a "Intellectual Wealth" like Survismeter, Visionmeter, Econoburette, Oscosurvismeter etc.
Wherever, they move in search of opportunities, are discouraged and discriminated and even are push aside.
In general, it is seen that the rural backgrounds people who come up by struggle and cut throat competitions based on "survival of the fittest ".
Such people sustain in struggle which is needed for creativity in academics especially in scientific disciplines.
Many people who are spoon fed and always walk on support systems and can't survive independently due to lack of capacity and potential as they have never developed in them.
Hence "incapable creatures", survived by maneuvering, are "liability on the nation" and society as a whole.
The Govt.
must awaken immediately, to sort out and isolate them to prevent further sufferings of the talented and the people who have proven their worth by making notable contributions.
But the concerned authorities avoid and neglect their contributions due to partial view and incapability to assess the worth proving people and make nation to suffer and devoid of a creativity of potential candidates.
