A bench is not a piece of furniture that you can use only indoors.
You can also place a bench in outside areas like the garden, patio or conservatory.
If you choose to put a bench in a conservatory then you should look for a bench that has extra storage space.
This way you can place your books, newspapers and any other items that you have in your conservatory.
This way you won't have all your thing lying around the conservatory but you still have easy access to them.
The material recommended for outside benches is wicker because is very resistant especially to harsh temperatures.
Temperatures in a conservatory can be very fluctuating and it can become from very hot during the day to very cod during nighttime.
If you choose a wood bench this could easily be damaged by temperature fluctuation.
The patio is another great place for a bench.
You won't necessary need a storage bench in this area but make sure that the material can withstand all kinds of weather.
If you want to increase the "life" of your bench you can always choose a plastic cover.
This cover will come in very handy whenever the bench isn't used.
A garden is not complete without a garden bench, especially if you have a big garden.
You can choose a wood or metal bench and again one that has storage space.
If you choose this type you can use it to store your garden tools and keep them in reach.
You don't necessary have to choose a bench that has a complicated design.
Sometimes less is more.
A bench in the garden is a great addition because you can sit down and enjoy some quality time listening to the nature's sound.
Or you can watch your kids play in the hot summer days.
