Where Will I Swim in Las Vegas?
Swimming pools in Las Vegas have come a long way from when I was a kid and my dad set me loose on the deep end at the Frontier pool. I literally would dive to the bottom and fetch silver dollars as the adults drank from Styrofoam cups while seated on plastic lounge chairs.
These days the pools in Las Vegas come with cabanas with bottle service, servers who double as models, flat screen televisions and couches to recline in while staying out of the sun.
Oh yeah, there is some water involved somewhere in that equation but the actual pool part is really secondary to the party.
However, if you are not looking for the dayclub party scene you can still find a regular pool in Las Vegas. The Mandalay Bay pool has sand, the Flamingo pool has a few slides and the lazy rivers at MGM and Monte Carlo perfect for lounging.
