How to Mule in Diablo 2
- 1). Run "Diablo II," selecting your primary character from within the Battle.net menu. Create a private, password-protected game.
- 2). Inform a trusted friend of the name and password of your newly created game, allowing her to join. This is extremely important, as a created game bereft of players may be wiped from the Battle.net service immediately, along with your precious items.
- 3). Drop the items you wish to place in storage on the ground. Log out of your primary character, and log in with the character you wish to use as a mule. Rejoin the same game, and pick up the items from the ground.
- 4). Place the items in question in your storage box in the center of town, within the Horadric cube, or within the mule's personal inventory. Log out when you have finished the transfer.
