How to Do a Complete Uninstall of Software
- 1). Click "Start." Click the "Control Panel" option in the menu that appears.
- 2). Click the "Programs" icon. Click the "Programs and Features" option to display list of programs currently installed to your computer.
- 3). Click the name of the software you want to remove, and click the "Uninstall" button.
- 4). Click "Yes" in the window that appears to uninstall the software program.
- 5). Restart your computer to completely remove all of the software files from your hard drive.
