Gaucho SteakHouse

• While the Gaucho SteakHouse presents the salad, bread and side dishes buffet style, the restaurant is far from a typical buffet restaurant. The Brazilian steakhouse offers guests table-side meat carving service. Guests utilize a token to signal gauchos, also known as meat carvers, to present them with more meat. Displaying the red side of the token signals that you are done with the meal, while using the green side signals the desire for more carved meat. Fifteen different options exist for table-side carving, including ribs, steak, chicken, lamb and pork tenderloin. The Gaucho Steakhouse serves lunch and dinner.

The Grill House

• Opened in 1836, The Grill House offers a varied menu. Featured on the Travel Channel show "Steak Paradise," The Grill House menu includes four different cuts of steak, chicken entrees and seafood options, such as tuna and shrimp. Each entree comes with a salad, Texas toast, baked potato and baked beans. Appetizers include crab dip and coconut shrimp. Enjoy dining outdoors during pleasant weather.
