Holi is a festival of color .It is in fashion to wear white clothes in Holi. People prefer to wear white cloth on the day of Holi, to play colours. This festival brings joy and cheerfulness in Indian life. Holi falls in the month of Phalgun (according to Hindu calendar). Sindoor, is also red in colour . in Hindu religion women wear Red attire for religious ceremonies like Vrat, pooja , Havan etc .Mostly Indian brides prefer this color in bridal wear .Orange is the sacred color ,a shade of Orange called Saffron is mostly worn by Sufi and saints. Saffron is the color which depicts spirituality. Yellow is the color which reflects cheerfulness and adds spice in the shade platelet. Green is the color of prosperity; it depicts life and adds liveliness in our ward robe. Pink is the color which is favorite of every female, it is considered as feminine color. Blue is considered as masculine color; Light blue is the cooler shade and is favorite among men and women. Purple is the color which is in the fashion, these days and different shades of it like lavender is always in demand. Black is always main attraction but brown also has an eminent place in ward robe .but White has it charm on its own . White color depict calmness and peace . White dresses has soothing effect in summer .
