I was eating lunch with one of my friends who is from Bloomfield Hills a copule of days ago and we started talking about auto insurance.He was well aware that my business was insurance and I could tell he was looking for some help. As he forced the subject into conversation he sighed because his auto insurance bill was putting a real drain on him. He was cited with a speeding ticket a couple of months ago and his rate had increased. I inquired on how much he had been paying before the speeding ticket and I initially thought he was joking. He was paying way too much with a clean driving record and now that he had a speeding ticket it was borderline highway robbery. Puzzled I questioned him on why he never decided to shop with other companies but he thought what he was paying was the going rate for auto insurance Bloomfield Hills. The simple truth was he with a carrier who thought he was a risk and was charging him for it. It may have been a result of a number of things like his age, credit score, vehicle, address, etc. Whatever the reason he was paying more than he had too. I was able to insure him with a company that wanted him as a client and felt like he was not a big risk and it was reflected in his rate. Needless to say he was very happy and upset he did not talk to me sooner about his auto insurance Bloomfield Hills.
