Gamertags

• Microsoft reports that the first support feature for Xbox users is the ability to access a personal gamertag on Xbox LIVE for viewing on a Windows Mobile phone. A mobile gamer can view personal stats such as scores and game achievements. The Xbox LIVE leaderboard is viewable from the phone and the gamer can modify or create an avatar.
  
  

Game Access

• Xbox LIVE has more than 60 mobile games linked to its opening inventory. Gamers play on the phone and all achievements will be automatically transferred to the user's account. Players have access to demo games to preview before purchasing. Multi-player capability allows the gamer to play with others on the same system through their phones. Players have the capability to interact with PC games on a multi-player level.
  
  

Other Platforms

• Software manufacturer Novell has stated that it has a system for turning Xbox LIVE games into mobile games for both iPhones and Android phones. Microsoft is hoping to launch their version in winter 2010. Novell has not announced a launch of its version.
