End Processes

• 1). Press "Ctrl" + "Shift" + "Escape" to open the Task Manager.
  
  
• 2). Click the "Processes" tab of the Task Manager and then click the "Show Processes From All Users" button.
  
  
• 3). End the following processes. To end a process, right-click the process and select "End Process" from the context menu that appears.

• 4). Close the Task Manager.
  
  

Delete DLLs and Registry Values

• 1). Click "Start" and type "cmd" into the "Search" box and press "Enter." The Command Prompt opens.
  
  
• 2). Type the following commands into the Command Prompt. Press "Enter" after each command.
  
  regsvr32 /u shlwapi.dll
  
  regsvr32 /u wininet.dll
  
  REG DELETE HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\Run\15358943642955870504508370025739
  
  REG DELETE HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Antivirus
  
  REG DELETE HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\"Antivirus" = "%ProgramFiles%\Antivirus 2009\Antvrs.exe"
  
  REG DELETE HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Antivirus
  
  
• 3). Close the Command Prompt.
  
  

Delete Files and Directories

• 1). Click "Start" and then click on the "Search" box.
  
  
• 2). Search for and delete each of the following files and directories. To delete a file or directory, right-click on the file or directory and select "Delete" from the context menu that appears.
