• This Comfort Inn is located near the Daniel Boone National Forest and the Eagle Trace Golf Course. A free, hot breakfast, daily paper and coffee is included in the rates. A heated outdoor pool, business center and exercise room are also available. Rooms come with wireless Internet, satellite TV, coffee stations and refrigerators. Rooms with whirlpool tubs can be requested. Pets are allowed at the hotel for an extra fee. A deposit will also be requested. Morehead

• Morehead is a northeastern Kentucky community in the Appalachian mountains with many outdoor activities to offer both visitors and residents. The town is also in the Daniel Boone National Forest and very close to Cave Run Lake so visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, boating, canoeing, fishing and camping. In June, visitors can enjoy the Clack Mountain Music Festival and each September the Cave Run Storytelling Festival is held.
