3 Things You Can Do When Badly Troubled
Personally, I have encountered being down so many times.
The worst was when my father died.
It was really the saddest time in my life and really did not know what to do that time.
How I wish I could just quit.
But, then I realized that I had to be firm and string since there are still people who are counting on me, my brother and my mother.
They are the reason why I did my best to bring back myself and be able to withstand every problem that I experienced until now.
Even today, I still have lots of problem that I am trying to solve.
Though I have these lots of problem, I can definitely assure you that I would never give up.
Here are some of the things that I do to keep myself up for the challenge.
- Remind yourself that you are not the only one who has some problem.
I guess, as long as we live, we will surely encounter problems.
It's a way of knowing that you live.
When I think of my problem, I think of those people who has greater problem than I, like those people who are disabled.
Good thing I am healthy and I can still do my best to solve any problem I encounter.
Those people will health problems are definitely more deserving to be troubled than me.
I also think of those people who are in prison.
I should be thankful that I am free so that I can still do something to solve whatever problem I have.
- Be with your friends
We all have our friends, so what I do when I feel down is just see them.
Just by being with them makes me feel comfortable and fine.
You will feel that you are not alone when you are with your friends.
They know how to make you smile and they definitely know how to comfort you.
Be with your friends as much as possible so that you will not feel down.
- Have a nice vacation once in a while
They say that a good vacation especially in a place close to nature is a good stress reliever.
Do your best so that you can find a good place where you can have a wonderful and memorable vacation.
When you are on your vacation, you have to keep in mind that you need to enjoy.
Forget everything that can stress you out.
When you feel that you are alright and you are still on your vacation, try to think of ways on how to solve the problem that you have.
