• This pet hotel is perfect for keeping your dog safe and secure without making it feel it's in prison, as the Pet Resort Dallas has no cages. The kennels are all glass-enclosed suites, making it easy for employees to watch your dog from any angle. The indoor and outdoor play areas are padded, keeping your pet comfortable even during playtime. Also, the outdoor area is covered in fake grass, keeping your pet as clean as possible without dirt to roll around in. When it's hot outside, misters are turned on to keep pets cool. Dog Lofts

• The Dog Lofts has two Dallas locations, so there probably will be room for your dog at one of them if you have a last-minute trip. There are two kennel-type accommodations available. The studio is for single dogs who may have anxiety around other dogs and would prefer to be left alone or with humans only. The lofts are for more social dogs, who are free to roam and stretch. All dogs will have comfy beds (complete with a hypoallergenic comforter), food, TVs showing animal-related broadcasting, and playtime (if requested and at an additional cost). Bark and Purr Pet Motel

• This pet motel isn't as expensive as others, but it is closed on Sunday, which may make weekend travel plans more difficult. Other than that, lodging your pet at the Bark and Purr Motel is a breeze. Dogs are taken out much more often than at other kennels for play and bathroom breaks, which is especially good for dogs that get nervous around new smells and have a hard time going potty. The Pooch Patio

• Not only is this a dog hotel, it's a dog coffee shop and a dog trendy bar, featuring muttmosas and pupillinis. The Pooch Patio is also a self-serve dog wash. Services are offered for a variety of rates based on how long you're leaving your pet. There are three separate play areas for small, medium and large dogs and the Pooch Patio is open every day. Medium and large dogs play outside in temperature-controlled environments, and small dogs play inside and are taken out on bathroom breaks regularly. You can watch your dog during playtime through the Pooch Patio's webcam on its website. Rates are relatively inexpensive compared with some other options.
