Flooded with insulin trying to deal with all that sugar and there's a certain point where there's only so much sugar your cells can use at one time and all that excess sugar get stored as fat so when you know if you just kind of realize that if you're spiking your blood sugar you're storing fat and that's kind of at the underlying message of all these different foods so looking at peace treaties and doughnuts and all these different things again usually concerned I consumed at breakfast which is the worst time to be spiking your blood sugar on not only did they have that sugar content but also the refined wheat that's not going to have any fiber that's not going to actually satisfy your hunger sustain you for any period of time as so you're little while later your going to actually be hungry again I'm all these things contribute to weight gain and recognizing that ha-ha spiking your blood sugar is causing you to gain weight I'm it will really kind of maybe bring some clarity to while these different foods are on my list and help you understand out why you wanton eliminate the spirits if you're trying to lose weight potato chips now potato chips I basically French fries that got package step had some preservatives added to them so they could last for a while packaged and shipped off to you see can enjoy them later I'm so again you're taking I the potato its doesn't have a whole lot of nutrition to begin with and then you're deep frying it and packaging it for a long term shelf life not there's really no nutrition in them on in you know another way today that would be that there empty calories and again empty calories or fat and calories is a calories your body can't use this applies not only to potato chips but also to corn chips I really any kind of chip that you get and a bag comment is usually gannet not have awhile lot of nutrition in it its going to contain a lot of fact from althea different oils in the chip comment and in that way that it's empty calories it's causing you to gain weight it's not healthy going to be way better off I'm having some fruit are having some vegetables especially since your pairing it with another food you're eating it in conjunction with something else already on so cutting weight loss potato chips I in favor fruits and vegetables my absolute favorite thing I was going to be a really good step if you're trying to lose weight the number one obesity causing food is actually not a food at all its soda pop so with soda you're taking refined corn refined corn syrup on and sticking it to the canister that you can immediately consume on all those calories again those are empty calories that turn into fact when you consume them soda is the number one a most purchased item in American grocery stores on that means a lot of people are drinking a lot of soda and that this is just one of the worst offenders in terms up making us gain weight where spike in our blood sugar which absolutely no nutritional value whatsoever on and were usually again consuming them in conjunction with something else we don't just you know have a meal up soda I were having the soda in conjunction with our meal which is its own deal on but soda is a lot of excess calories no nutritional density GARCINIUM whatsoever on and really contributing to weight gain.
