How to Cook a Beef Loin Steak in the Crock- Pot
- 1). Wash the steak in cool water, and pat it dry with paper towels. Set it aside on a cutting board or platter. Pierce the steak with a fork.
- 2). Open the soup can. Place one-third of the soup in the bottom of your 5-quart slow cooker. Shake 2 tbsp. of the dry soup mix over the cream of mushroom soup.
- 3). Place the beef loin steak on the soup mix. Pour the remainder of the soups on top of the steak.
- 4). Place the potatoes and carrots on top of the steak. Cook the steak on low for six hours.
