• Mega's plan options for health insurance include value plans (its most affordable option), select plans (which offers catastrophic coverage) and PPO plans (which let you choose your providers in or out of Mega's network).
  
  

Life Insurance

• Life insurance plans offered by Mega include a universal life plan and a term life plan. The universal plan offers flexible premiums and death benefits, while the term plan offers coverage to age 95.
  
  

Customer Satisfaction

• On Insurance.FreeAdvice.com, 36 percent of Mega customers surveyed reported being somewhat satisfied, very satisfied or extremely satisfied, while 5 percent said they were unsatisfied. Another 59% were very unsatisfied.
  
  

Lawsuits

• Mega has been involved in many lawsuits. In most of them, Mega has been accused of not paying the agreed amount or, in some cases, refusing to pay anything. This has resulted in a grade of D plus from the Better Business Bureau.
