Hi, this is Scott Wilson and Im here with Mark McFarland at Southern Decorating. Ive got another great question here. After you've gotten confirmation on a job, how long does it actually take you and your men to complete the job?

Oh, well that is another pretty popular question. It really obviously depends on the magnitude of the job. For maintenance work it might only take a day or two. But for the bigger jobs, interior or exterior, we will plan them out. When we plan it out, we stick to our word and thats the day its done. I have got a great crew of hard working honest men.

You can have a maintenance job in pretty much the next day and for the bigger job you plan it out before. I think you mentioned before that you always clean up on time too, always meeting deadlines.

Certainly, that is what I take pride in. Thats the big thing. When I say we are out of there, then we definitely will be If I cant supply my own men, I have a lot of subcontractors on board that come and help me out. Alongside plumbers and electricians we work as a big team. So we will always have a great team available.

Thats brilliant. Thats a breath of fresh air actually because we all know what trying to get a tradesman is like. To actually hear about someone who cleans up on time and has a team of guys that are reliable is really great.
