Nebraska and Atlanta, Georgia both have a variety of attractions to satisfy all kinds of travelers. Traditional, literary and bizarre adventures await those who travel in Nebraska and Atlanta. These two locations are very different and offer a contrasting view of life in the United States, but both places have plenty to see and do. - Visitors to Alliance, Nebraska will find a one-of-a-kind attraction. Carhenge is a Stonehenge replica built out of old cars. Roadside America reports that 38 cars are part of the sculpture, which was build by a Nebraska farmer named Jim Reinders.

Fans can see where Mitchell wrote the famous book and learn more about her life. The Margaret Mitchell House website states that the house was built in 1899 and converted into apartments in 1919. Margaret Mitchell moved into apartment number one with her husband in 1925.
