Dukan Diet: The Method and a Trick to Keep Weight Off

During the second phase, you alternate the all protein days with vegetable days where you consume items from Dukan's list of approved vegetables - mostly green, leafy, nutrient packed veggies.

During the third phase, you are adding food items back in as directed - fruits, bread, cheese, butter and more.

During the fourth, you are able to eat just about anything.
Now, the "trick" that makes the Dukan Diet particularly unique is that in the last phase, you choose one day each week where you go back to the eating you did during the first phase. You eat all lean protein - sticking to that list that you will be familiar with from the attack phase of the diet. You continue to do this for life or as long as you want to maintain your weight loss with the Dukan Diet.
