Socialist Hugo Chavez Promises to Create 3 Million Jobs in the Next 8-Years?

Yesterday, I was reading through see the international news that I came across a very troubling article in the Washington Post, it was one about socialist Hugo Chavez who is currently the President of Venezuela, and probably will be for a long time since he has been able to close media outlets that report negative stories about him, and put his political opposition in jail. In any case, all this is well-known, and no surprise to anyone, however there was something very interesting that president Hugo Chavez stated.

You see, he promised that he would create 3 million jobs in the next eight years. Isn't it just like socialists to promise this? Hitler promised that he would bring about more jobs, and he actually did I suppose, as he put everyone to work making war machines, and enlisted them into the military. Indeed, after he got rid of the Gypsies, homosexuals, and the Jews he was then finally able to create full employment. Well, that's one example of the socialist who actually succeeded in providing jobs, even if he destroyed the country, and half of the Western world in the process – scared yet?

Now then, let's get back to what Hugo Chavez another socialist had to say in his recent speech. Many Venezuelans are tired of Hugo Chavez's iron-fisted rule, and how he has caused the economic decline of the nation, destroyed the middle class, and blamed the wealthy and rich on all of Venezuela's ills. The reality is that socialists, and Hugo Chavez is one of the greatest socialists of our time, go around nationalizing companies and corporations, putting in price controls, and trying to redistribute wealth and income – "Sharing the wealth" that is.

Now then, wasn't it Barack Obama who told "Joe the Plumber" to share the wealth? And wasn't it Barack Obama who promised that he would provide 3 million jobs during his run for the presidency for America? And then after the global economic crisis he promised he would provide 5 million jobs, and then he promised he would create 8 million jobs. But government leaders don't create jobs, the private sector does, and for every job the government creates, it has to taxes citizens to pay for those salaries, pensions, health care costs, etc. – and due to the over-taxed citizens, there is less spending, less job growth, and often more layoffs and failed businesses.

After Barack Obama had been in office for a while he said he created or saved 3 million jobs. Created or saved? But that's not what he promised, he promised to create jobs. Now then, getting back to Hugo Chavez the other great socialist in the world, I suppose that he too, won't be able to create any jobs either. Do you know why I know this? Because socialism doesn't work, that's why. Therefore in the 2012 election, I hope no American votes for Hugo Chavez. Please consider what I've said, how I've said it, and the underlining meanings of exactly what I just said are, our nation depends on it.
