Just sprinkle some seeds in your yogurt, cereal, salad and you will provide your body with some slow-digesting fats to help curb your appetite oCaffeine - Caffeine is most well known as a stimulant to help you through the morning.
Since caffeine is so popular for being a stimulant it often gets overlooked for its other uses.
When taken in moderate doses caffeine can stimulate the central nervous system which in turn tends to decrease the appetite.
oWater - Staying hydrated is very important thing you must do to prevent hunger.
Not only does drinking fluids make you feel fuller they can also cause the body to mistake hunger for thirst.
When we become dehydrated we are more prone to feel tired causing the body to attribute this fatigue as a shortage of energy or food.
oHoodia - Hoodia originated in Africa and was used by hunters who went on long trips to prevent hunger thus allowing them to stay out longer.
While effective, be aware that it does take awhile to take effect.
So make sure to wait a few days before you making judgments on its effectiveness.
So as you can see there is no reason to go out and spend a fortune on supplements to help control your appetite.
There are plenty of natural and cheaper ways for you to control that hunger.
