• Located along the East Harbor in Portland Parish, the all-inclusive Blue Lagoon Villas treat guests to a personal butler, chef and housekeeper. A fully equipped in-villa kitchen allows the chef to prepare and serve personalized meals for each guest. All villas feature a seaside location, separate living and bedrooms, indoor and outdoor dining areas and sundecks with direct access to the water. Guests have use of the hotel's kayaks. Frenchman's Cove Resort
