    Numbness and Tingling

    Hand and Wrist Pain

    • Pain radiating from the wrist or forearm is a sign of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This can get quite uncomfortable quickly.

    Poor Circulation

    • If your hands fall asleep often, or are always cold, this is a sign of poor circulation.

    Loss of Motor Skills

    • Frequent clumsiness in the hands may be due to the loss of fine motor skills due to Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. This is characterized also by frequently dropping items and losing your grip.

    Aching Shoulders and Neck

    • This may be a sign of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome in your neck. This is normally from having the computer monitor at an undesirable height.
