    Mozilla Firefox

    • 1). Double-click one of the "Firefox" application shortcuts to open the browser.

    • 2). Click the "Tools" menu and then the "Options" link.

    • 3). Click the "Advanced" icon and then the "Network" tab.

    • 4). Click the "Settings" button, under the Connection section, and then the "Manual proxy configuration" radio button.

    • 5). Type a "IP address" (see Resources) in the "HTTP Proxy" box and a port number (see Resources) in the "Port" box. Click the "OK" button to apply the changes and close the dialog box.

    Internet Explorer

    • 1). Double-click one of the "Internet Explorer" application shortcuts to open the browser.

    • 2). Click the "Tools" menu and then the "Internet Options" link.

    • 3). Click the "Connections" tab and then the "LAN Settings" button.

    • 4). Click the "Use a proxy server for your LAN" check box.

    • 5). Type a proxy address (see Resources) in the "Address" box and type a port number (see Resources) in the "Port" box. Click the "OK" button to apply the changes and close the window.
