How to Diet Food Review - Strawberries

If you are interested in dieting, you may have heard talk of how to diet.
I can almost guarantee you haven't heard everything though.
In fact, if you read the rest of this how to diet review, you'll discover three features almost nobody is talking about...
yet...
Antioxidant IQ If you want to stay as healthy as possible, you want to consume as many antioxidants as possible.
As the name suggests antioxidants are, really, anti-oxygen.
Oxygen can damage cells in the body if too much or too little are in key places.
Free radicals are much the same as oxygen, in which they damage cells too, (stress can bring on free radicals) so if you want to fight off free radicals and oxygen, just have a handful of how to diet strawberries.
Nature's Candy If there was such a thing as natures candy, fruits such as strawberries would be defined as such.
They are loaded with sugars (albeit natural sugars) and have relatively few nutrients to show for it.
This makes you think, 'if strawberries are this bad for you, than why not have actual candy bars?' It is true that they are not the most nutritious of how to diet fruits, but at least they do not hurt you.
Besides, they also taste great, which is on the other side of the loaded with sugar debate.
The Color of Vitamin C Any kind of how to diet colored berry you see in the grocery store or out in some wild nature area contains vitamin C.
That is how you tell so, they have color.
As long as the color is not green (that would mean that the berry is not ripe) blue, black, red, yellow, orange, any (and more) of these colors you want to eat because they have vitamin C.
If there was a certain kind of fruit that would go along with this colorful spectrum of Vitamin C, it would be citrus fruit.
