    Option 1

    • 1). Download the security vault from its website to your PC, if you haven't done so already. Typically, security vaults are installed as Internet browser add-ons.

    • 2). Click the vault's icon on your Internet browser. You will be prompted to enter the master password.

    • 3). Enter the master password. You will now be able to access your stored information.

    • 4). Click the vault's icon again, and click the option to open your vault. The option will vary from program to program. A new Web page will open and display all information stored in your vault.

    • 5). Scroll through your information to look for the password you need. For instance, if it is your Facebook password, look for the "Facebook.com" entry in the list. You will find the options to "Edit" next to every entry.

    • 6). Click "Edit" next to your Facebook entry. A small window will open. Your password will be stored in this window. Copy the password and use it to log in to your Facebook account.

    Option 2

    • 1). Sign in to your security vault by entering the master password.

    • 2). Open the Web page on which you need to enter the password. Your security vault will automatically detect the page and give options to auto-login. This option will be presented as a pop-alert on top of the Web page.

    • 3). Click the option "Auto login." The exact option may vary, depending on the security vault that you use. You will be logged in to the page, without having to look for the password from the security vault.
