Clean Focus You want to give yourself a minimum of 2 hours to work with no distractions.
This is a good amount of time to get a great amount done.
In order to make this time period most effective, remember to eliminate all distractions ( 1 of the 4 things I mentioned in a previous article on 4 things to stop in order to effectively manage your time.
) Clean Breaks Your body has cycles it goes through and it requires you to take breaks.
If you don't, you will not be operating at your highest level.
When you take a break, you want to make sure it is a clean break, meaning no work at all.
Don't think about it, don't make any plans about what there is to do next.
Just break.
Do whatever is relaxing and enjoying to you.
Make sure your break is at least 15 minutes.
Create Routines You want to start important things at the same time every day.
This will create a habit/routine for you.
By creating a routine, it will become easy to do.
You will create an automatic pilot to complete this task, which will then require little energy to get it done.
Just like you have a routine for the first thing you do when you roll out of bed in the morning.
You don't really think about it, you just do it because you have programed yourself to.
Relieve Yourself Unplug and have fun.
This is so important.
When you have fun it creates feelings of joy, happiness, excitement, enthusiasm, etc.
These feelings carry a vibration that will attract circumstances that will create more joy, happiness, excitement and enthusiasm.
This is great for your well being as well as your business.
