How to Use Templates for Writing Articles
- 1). Create a template based the information that you include in your article on a regular basis. (For example, if you usually write "how to" articles that include step-by-step instructions, your template should be divided into sections subtitled "Step 1," Step 2" and so on, followed by an area to include text for each step.)
- 2). Include an area for a headline. The headline grabs the reader's attention and makes him want to read the article.
- 3). Insert a section for an introduction. This is the area you'll use to introduce your reader to your article's topic.
- 4). Insert an area that will contain the body of your article. This is the part of the article that gives the reader information.
- 5). End with an area for the conclusion of your article.
