One of the most vital methods of fixing computer errors and optimizing your computer for increased performance is by cleaning the clog out of your registry.
There are so many people who use computers in this day and age who has never even heard about the registry let alone how to repair and optimize it.
Every computer has a registry.
The registry contains important data entries of all the programs installed on your computer.
Even your operating system such as Windows XP has critical data entries in the registry that must stay intact.
The problem with a number of registry cleaners is that they'll some how mistaken Window XP data entries as being errors and will try to delete them.
If this happens guess what? Your operating system won't be able to boot back up after you restart your computer.
This is why I've been very picky about what I personally use as I've seen various registry cleaners that have done this before.
It can become tedious to find a reliable one that you can trust to handle your registry problems.
Since the registry is so important it's a must to have it cleaned on a regular basis such as once a month at bare minimum.
If your registry gets clogged with errors then you will notice a decrease in speed and performance, such as critical system errors or even system crashes.
So if you have been having various system errors and your computer is running slower than it was before even after you've done all your basic maintenance tasks such as disk defragmenting, getting rid of viruses, and cleaning out temporary files.
